Samsung is okay, their stuff is reliable but the history is a bit... Meh.

Intel's drives are good but usually on the expensive side.

Crucial and Sandisk are more budget brands but they are still good.

Kingston is a bit hit and miss. Some models are good, some are complete crap.

OCZ... All over the place with pricing. Decent drives but I'd be weary of their older drives just in case. They have a bad history when it comes to reliability but after Toshiba acquired OCZ their reliability improved.

There's some others like Plextor, (mushkin?) and transcend but the ones listed are the bigger brands.

mx200 http://www.amazon.com/Crucial-MX200-250GB-Internal-Solid/dp/B00RQA6DTEit has enterprise grade data integrity features and good performance

Samsung 850 series, 840 series has some problems.

Crucial MX100 or BX100 series

Intel 530 or 730 Series is very good also.

The durability on these things is such that it doesn't really matter. I'm a Sandisk guy myself but that's only because the logo isn't upside down when mounted in my case.

I cannot be held responsible for any bad advice given.

I've no idea why the world is afraid of 3D-printed guns when clearly 3D-printed crossbows would be more practical for now.

My rig: The StealthRay. Plans for a newer, better version of its mufflers are already being made.
