Wow, people actually entered their password on that page? The site just probably wants you to enter you password so it can build a better lookup table like the ones that already exist to crack passwords on any particular site due to password re-use. Currently there are several huge password databases of passwords from hacked sites that pretty much anyone can download, the last one was ~4TB and all text and compressed, that's a lot of passwords to use for your lookup password cracker. I doubt the NSA wants it but some rouge hacker.
