Hi guys. Does anyone sell their photo's on stock photo websites ?

 

Such as iStock or Getty Images.

I would, but I just don't take enough photo of a high enough quality in my opinion.  It would be cool though to see a photo I took in some magazine ad or something.

they seem interesting to try out, altough for me it's quite a big hurdle to take, since im not the most confident(my pictures always lack something IMO)

have thought of it before and a friend suggested using Facebook as medium, which made me feel like  :unsure:  :wacko:

I would if I took photos that could be used as stock. I doubt most of work is of the right type for it.

I do but only have around 20 images, so not much money. You really can't make a ton of money from it until you have a large selection of images, by that I mean well over 5000.

It really depends on the pic, I have made from $0.10- $2 USD. I have no clue what that is in my or your local currency. You will find that the US sites have the highest sale rates and often the best prices (or the Uk ones are good too).
