Considering both of us turn 18 in 2018. But I would love to make the trip down to Huntsville. He wouldn't want to come to Minnesota because we do live in igloos and it's cold all year round and while we do have cars we mostly ride polar bears to and from point a and b.

Isn't Minnesota already near Canada? Is it cold in the midwest?

Eh I hear it's hell being gay in most SE Asian Countries (the Western ones you might be thrown off buildings *coughs* The Arabian Peninsula, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, etc.) In SE Asia outside of like Malaysia or Indonesia you'd probably just be discriminated against but not like killed (maybe some jail?) Taiwan and Japan are making progress slowly. More quickly in Taiwan iirc?

Well Minnesota is close to Canada yeah, but the Midwest at least the upper midwest can get chilly in the Winter. Southern Canada I would say is about the same.

I'm glad I don't live in those countries. We're probably second in to Taiwan when it comes to gender equality. 

 

At the moment, I'm just contemplating whether I'm ready to go on a date again or not because I'm a hot mess. ?

Well I mean they could but you do have to go through border security and there'd probably be a lot of red tape dealing with working in canada, living in america or vice versa and groceries go there might be some restrictions to what can be brought back as far as the items.

Yep. I'm about 110 km from Minnesota so I can confirm that temps are pretty damn similar.

To shop/have fun etc yes as long as they have a passport. you still need one to get through the border but its very easy compared to many countries. To work you need to go through all sorts of paper work etc. Things to make sure that only you can do the job your doing there and that your not taking jobs from Canadians.

lmao I agree. Unless you've experienced 40 degree weather changes within less then 24 hours I don't think you can complain much  Also If you think -30 is cold then I laugh at you!
