1995 Mustang Build Log

Guest Philosophy
Go to solution Solved by Real_PhillBert,

With a supercharger and a performance chip, I should be able to get at least 400HP out of the 5.0.

Yeah with a bit of boost you will get 400 without much trouble. Mine is still N/A but I would really like to swap in a Coyote 5.0L and add a Kenne Bell with E-85 but other things always seem to take financial priority.

Nah, they should hear the power as you fly past them. ;)

Ricer flyby? :P

Don't know about the plasti-dip but the car looks nice.

I'll give it a follow.

Did you try a heat gun to remove the chrome strips? Coulda protected the paint more.

System: Thinkpad T460

The paint is great anyway. but yes I did. I would not remove the very tacky glue. The Plasti dip is not permanent, just a quick fix to make it less ugly until I get some nicer rims.

You could probably find a simple cat-back to run duals out the back for $400 or so.

I think I found the system I want it is $560 bucks which is in my budget for the future!

The only thing I didnt like was that although all of the tubing is stainless, the hardware it ships with are zinc plated. I bought all stainless hardware any nylon washers to prevent corrosion from electrolysis, you may want to do the same.

Thanks for the heads ups, I plan on probably doing this mid summer as that is when I get some money flowing in.  And this mod is one of the more expensive :)

See that you did some things with the car, The hubcaps on the car looks a little better being black. Hope you change the rims after awhile. Also are you going to paint the brake calipers red to stand it out a little more??

Most of my problem is they need to be painted, and that isn't too cheap. I can post pictures if interested
