I'm trying to figure out if my internet is working properly and I'm wondering what a "normal" ping is while using speed test or pinging a website such as google.

Anything from 1 to 80ms is acceptable. Under 50 is pretty good. Under 30 is great.

Ping is just a measure of time it takes for a packet of information to reach a server. So a normal ping time would be determined by your location and the location of the server you're pinging. If you have a ping below 100, you're generally good, but the lower, the better. If you have a good connection and you're a pinging a server closer to you, it should be pretty low (around or less than 50).

Prety much this.

Also depends on what game you play, in some games 100-200ms is playable (usualy MMORPGs when playing PVE). But you didnt asked for that so nvm :D
