I was waiting for a post regarding this. I assume it was staged, otherwise it would have been cut out.

Fractal Josh likes doing these things. sometimes they (Fractal Josh) just put in thing people suggested on social media.

My guess is Linus wanted to see how many people actually watch to the end of the videos, once he starts the sponsor stuff.

 

Interesting way to get debate going so he can see who is watching the full video.

 

Luke was sick a while ago, probably when this was filmed but it is now being released when he is okay.

 

Kinda lame in the end, it would have been easier to announce something cool at the end for those who watched it instead of this drama llama stuff :(
