That's it? In September we got 8 inches of snow overnight, had no power for like 12 hours

Was out in BC a few years back, and we lost power for like 2 days.

You just sleep and go outside. Not too bad.

I have a UPS which most of my things are plugged into. Moden, router, PC, TV and xBone.

Had a power outage a few weeks ago and continued watching netflix on my 47 inch tv for over an hour as if nothing was wrong.

When in doubt, re-format.

pretty much. i feel if you dont get that first spot you wont get all the likes! one of my most liked commits comes from when linus first started advertising dollar shave club and i said, "why shave when you have a magnificent beard?" it was the first comment on the adverts thread and i got some 17 likes form it :D

When the power went out for around 12 hours, I used my laptops and did a ton of programming.
