So, I've been watching this stuff from the outside for a long while, and finally joined up on the forums, so I figured I'd just say hello to everyone!

 

Big fan of the Channel, have been for years, and read the forums for quite a while, but now it's probably time for me to actually join in the fun.

My recipe says beans, but I also do my chili in a crock pot with spicy jimmy dean sausage instead of beef. Maybe I'll post that one sometime!
