LinusTechTips contains malware. Possible reason as to why.

Well, I went to visit LTT and this came up haha.

Either Linus secretly setup a silent java drive by, jshook or maybe it was an accident?

How do I bypass this security error?

Select details > click "visit this unsafe site"

Possible reason as to why it's showing an error?

LTT is hosted under: AS16509 (AMAZON-02).

That server or host seems to have contained malware.

I just got a warning from avast when i tried to access the forum. Never had this problem before. The image says "The site you trying to enter contains malware. Hackers that are currently present on linustechtips.com will possibly try to install harmful programs on your Mac to steal or delete personal information (pictures, passwords, messages and credit card information).

Maybe its just avast derping, but i thought i'd address the issue none the less.

I'm using chrome

It's the browser warning, not an antivirus. Kinda weird.

I made a post in another thread tagging Linus about this problem.

They may want to do something about the incorporation of the uruilist.com domain because Chrome is even now throwing flags for it. @LinusTech

I've got the warning coming up on Firefox but not Pale Moon or Chrome. What is going on?

Edit 1:

Also when I clicked the button that is supposed to tell me what is wrong with the website I get this from Google.

Edit 2:

Now I'm getting it the warning in Firefox and Chrome, but not Pale Moon.

Edit 3:

I should note the only anti virus I'm using is Adblock Plus (disabled on LTT websites), Windows Defender and Malwarebytes Premium

Badware warning. I ignored it 'cause I'm on Ubuntu right now, but what's the deal?

I'm wondering if it has to do with cloudflare. Maybe a site under the shared cloudflare records contained mass amounts of malware making all sites under the specific CF nameservers "dangerous". Cloudflare is known to hide illegal websites after all.
