Using interference property of light one can store huge data on to a 12cm optical disk.

Bluray will become old.

Not likely if the disks are continued to be read at their current speed. It would take a LONG time to read all of that data!

This reminds me of HVD which can/could hold 6TB per disc, but never got released. I suspect that this will meet the same faith. Oh, and the 2TB micro SDXC cards which were shown 3 years ago.

1000TB is alot of data to store. You can basically use this as a portable boot disc that has all your programs, games, and data.

Yeah I use a 80Gb HDD to diagnose PC when they do not boot.

With 1000TB I can keep anything I want
