I have it on my desk near my bed, so I can grab it if there is a fire or something? And I don't have open fire near it and have it wet with gasoline.

No, insurance company will pay for your damage if your house is on fire due to an accident

Believe me, I did carry my rig all the way from 10th floor to 1, even though I use elevator, it's still quite heavy

I am the only one who is allowed to touch it. Other people need to stay 1 meter away from it.

I don't set it on fire. That's how it is safe. :P

Answer: I don't put candles near it while I'm not there, don't let other people near it and plug it into surge protectors etc etc.

EDIT

Full answer the same as this, really:

Fire: 1 surge protector, 2 circuit breakers (not sure about the ratings but one is higher than the other)... My setup is the only possible source of any electrical fires in a 5 meter radius...

People: It's in my personal room (multiple locked doorways to reach), password protection (I'd like to go biometric soon), third party firewall, multiple layers of anti-malware ,dynamic IP, panic switch... The thing is heavy and cumbersome to move so theft would be unlikely... House layout also makes this incredibly difficult... I sleep in the same room... You cannot move the PC with me in the way... Concealed weapon within reach... Cat guardian.

Water: N/A

Dust and other debris: Regular cleaning, room ventilation

I live alone so there is nobody else around. If some visitor wants to use it I boot from a livecd so nothing can happen to my files :P Fire? There wasn't one for ages. Only thing that could happen is powersurge. So surgeprotector before the psu. Can't think of anything that could damage my pc, besides me being stupid.

if you build it in a bigger chassis thats less of an issue.

simple science here.

60 pound sand bag feels heavier than a 70 pound 2x4 board.

its size/wieght ratio and some other things i dont feel like getting into.

I supplement my password by locking my door. The kind of people that are smart enough to hack into my computer are generally not strong enough to bust down a fire door or vice versa.

Those flaming lizards are everywhere. I am sick of their shit!

Only person I allow on mine is my gf and all she does is watch netflix and youtube and sometimes facebook, which I told her absolutely do not play any facebook games on it lol. As far as from theft, some one is almost always home at my house and we have guns so yeah, and if they did break in on the very rare occasion everyone is gone they would go for my laptop and the guns way before grabbing my fulsize atx computer tower lol. From fire I would grab it if I had time, if not the majority of my pictures and other important stuff is backed up off site anyway and I got insurance.
