I believe you can get it for $10-20 a month subscription based or maybe from your school. 

 

 

edit: $10 a month for Photoshop and Lightroom, in America at least https://creative.adobe.com/plans

What do you need it for? With the free program 'GIMP' you can open .psd files if you need that

Yeah i love gimp, but it gets a lot of errors now.. its was working fine but now heh

Yes, you can pirate it, though some people look down on doing that and say it is illegal, I personally say:

I created my channel art with GIMP and it worked just fine... 

Anyways, you can get a 30 (full) trial of Photoshop through Adobe Creative Cloud.

No, there is no way to get Photoshop for free OFFICIALLY!

 

As @Fate said, You can buy it in a Annual Plan (Monthly payment).

 

It's very minimum. like $10 a month. In India it is 499Rs per month ($7.8).

otherwise, yes, but we are not allowed to promote/hint to illegal ways such as iso downloads and cracks to get the software for free, wich is a totally easy way if you know your way around torrents, but we aren't allowed to talk about such stuff here so, nope not possible to get it for free. :ph34r:
