For me, it's my gen 1 MS Surface RT. 1366 x 768 resolution, Tegra 3, very poor speakers, non functional SD card reader (works like 20% of the time) kick stand screw fell out and now it just dangles there. Somehow this thing manages to be sluggish with a super low res display, even when there aren't any apps open. The 32GB of storage is really only about 16GB after Windows RT is installed. I think I paid around $400 for it and I can say that I really feel like I haven't gotten my moneys worth. Don't get me started on Windows RT app selection...

I didn't do it.

my internet :'(

satellite internet from Excede / Wild Blue   i pay $60 a month for a 12Mb/s (i can download from steam at 20Mb/s) with a 10GB limit for the month with free Midnight to 5AM (which is when i download from steam and watch youtube)

it is the best in my area as Charter (a cable tv/ISP w/ speeds of 30-300Mb/s) and ATT (with 6Mb/s DSL) ARE LESS THAN A MILE FROM MY HOUSE.  (also ATT has "plans" of expanding DSL but haven't done so in the years that i have asked).

CPU: AMD FX8350 CPU Cooler Zalman CNPS 12x Motherboard Asus M5A99FX Pro R2 GPU RX480 4GB) Memory 16GB DDR1333 SSD: PNY Prevail 120G + Corsair Force LE 120G (Steam) Bulk storage Stable Bit Drive Pool with 5x 2TB 2x 3TB PSU Corsair 600w Case Rosewill Throne

My razer orochi mouse... bought it for the bluetooth but ended up not using it for the bluetooth... From my experience, there's a lot of lag when you try to game with it on the bluetooth for some odd reason, so you have to plug it in.

An old DELL4:3 VGA monitor as a 2nd screen...
Also, might just be my now retired ASTRO A50s.

Everyone have a cool signature. I don't, so I thought I would write something.

- Cool right?

My GTX 780 i thought spending $800 on a gpu would mean it was going to smash everything and even linus said it was a beast card but imo its really not and so not worth $800! Second would be my avermedia live gamer portable buggy software had to send my first one back confusing and hard to record gamechat and just isnt worth it when there are other options like elgato which just simply work and much easier to use.

Probably one of the most underwhelming pieces of technology I own is a Dell 768p 4:3 monitor. Yeah, you know the one I mean, and if you don't... well, where the hell have you been for the last decade and a half?

Nothing. I read up on stuff before I spend my money. Never really bought anything I wasn't happy with.

I don't really play many games for gameplay anymore honestly. I play most games just for the graphics.

Probably my laptop (my primary PC 5 days a week). With an i5 2410m and Nvidia GT540m it was okay at first, but due to the degradation present on Sandy Bridge CPUs, it now runs internally at ~100C while idling, and thermally throttles itself below 800MHz. I wish I could afford to replace it xD.

Check out my video work at youtube.com/SuperUserTech
