What tech company would you invest in

Tesla.  ARM.  AMD.  Google(they're going to unite us under one world order!  HAIL THE COLORFUL OOOOOO).  Ting.  Schiit(though I do not own their products, I love their attitude and appeal to many).  SpaceX.  And hell, I'd invest in ITER if they were a company and the fusion reactor project were to work.  That'd be a revolution over night.  "Bye coal!  Bye oil!"

Bitcoins is the only thing I was going to invest in many years ago (Bitcoin costed below $1 a piece). If I did I would be a millionaire right now.

well...hint of investing. don't put all your eggs in one basket :) as for companies that have risen over the last years....NO they have already had their spikes and now they will grow continually...if your looking for the next big company you gotta do your reasearch! I personally like @IdeaStormer 's idea of the maker of the silicon wafer...because as long as there are cpu's made one silicons chips...theyll need that company.

Current Build: Desk

My case is my most expensive part

Yea, but most people still want the headline grabber company when the basic underlying tech is lost on them.
