My current rig will be sold if possible.  I have all the hardware for my new build already, just waiting for the case to arrive presumably this week.

i7-5820K

Corsair H100i

MSI X99S SLI Plus

4x4GB HyperX 2400 DDR4

AMD R9 295X2

Corsair AX1200i

Samsung 840 EVO 1TB x2

Razer H440

Once we see some 4K monitors with Freesync I will be picking one up, for now I'll just stick with my 1920x1200.

Right now my PC is good enough to run all modern games. Since I have an intel core i7 3770k I'd like to upgrade to a better one, I'd also like to upgrade to 16gb of ram from 8gb but I get a lot of people telling me it's overkill. I just want to be sure I can run Grand Theft Auto V on high settings at at least 40+ fps. I'd definately need to upgrade my graphics card. With a 2 way SLI Sapphire radeon R9 i'ts not the best, so I'm considering selling my cards and buying a GTX 780.

Idk when I'll have the money I'm suspecting late 2015 or early 2016. I was considering getting two Samsung 4k displays that were going to cost slightly less but I felt that the LG display had more a cool factor than the two Samsung 4k displays and I'm not sure whether I want the Fractal R5 White or the Corsair 780T white or Corsair 540 Air white... Good thing I have the better part of a year or two to figure that out.

Retirement, just as soon I've built it's replacement. Not sure what retirement will involve, I won't have any further use for it, but it's still too good to bin.

My tentative future upgrades :):

  • 4k G-Sync or 1440p/144Hz G-Sync monitor upgrade
  • New mouse (Maybe an RGB one from Corsair)
  • Buy sound dampening foam (I know I have an H440 but I want more sound dampening!)
  • Looking for a sweet looking 2-way SLI bridge to buy (currently using the ROG one)
  • New larger desk after I make some more room for it

Current plans:
-Upgrade to Fx 8320
-Upgrade to HD 7850
-Upgrade to 16GB RAM

Eric S. Raymond used an E6600 from 2005 until 12/30/14 or open source software creation. Raw data computations in excess of 18GB each. Core 2 Duos still have tons of life left, my friend.

Quitting on desktops since theyr too much money to invest in the long term, and since laptops arent really good to buy for unless 1000€+ im starting to dislike computing overhaul. Only the financial part of course :/. My future plan for my pcs are = sell em  :(. Gonna still have my good phone tough.
