One or two 980ti's if they are released, if not, two 970's.

Upgrade my tubing to hardline, install a flowmeter and better drainage system.

First of all i am incredibly happy with my processor. So glad i jumped from i5 to i7. I use Adobe CC including AE and PR so i would like to do the following:

  • New case, current is over ten years old.
  • My own DVD drive, current is my brothers...
  • Upgrade my GPU. My dad brought my current in 2009...
  • +8gb of RAM
  • SSD for a boot drive....
  • Another HD for RAID.
  • My own speakers, again owned by my brother.
  • New keyboard and mouse. I love my logitech wave, but its not connecting well at times.
  • I am working on uploading my stuff to cloud storage, its taking a while because its in the gb's. But after having a portable HD fail i decided its the best idea so that i know its safe.

PC: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X Gigabyte X570 UD Corsair Vengence 32gb 3200MHZ Gigabyte RTX 2070 Intel 512gb boot / Seagate 2tb spinner Windows 10 Corsair 4000D black

I just installed a new GPU and PSU that I'm really enjoying at the moment. Future plans are smaller, but include getting a new case to help with some cable management issues, and getting a new motherboard and processor to upgrade from the Dual-Core I'm using right now.

Get an SSD, then possibly a GPU upgrade further down the line (an R9 285 or something like it if it isn't around when I upgrade). I'll probably hold onto my Ivy Bridge CPU and mobo for quite some time, unless I think games are being noticeably held back by the CPU.

Buy an SSD

Hook up the CPU fan I removed from a heat sink to use as a case fan

Hook up my Arduino to control the lighting

Another SSD so I actually have one to put some games on since 128GB goes fast without games on it.

New desk, this one is over 80 years old...

And a GPU since my R9 290 died within 24 hours. Don't worry a Asus GTX 970 Strix should arrive sometime this week. They said about Tuesday to Wednesday. Ah, Newegg, $10 3 day shipping.

I currently have a 4770k and Asus GTX 780 direct cuii, my next upgrade will either be another 780 or scrap the 780's all together and get a 980/980ti w/e comes next year. Really not sure which way it will go but my savings are already burning a hole in my pocket  :)

Haha no worries, I got the EVGA GTX 760, the ACX superclocked one while it was on sale for Black Friday. I probably could have gotten a better card for the money, but I'm happy with it.

If I had the spare cash right now... I would be replacing my 270X with dual 290s. Of course, I would also have to upgrade my PSU.

Short term goals are mostly storage improvements. I currently have one 500GB WD Blue and an old Seagate I tore out of my laptop and jerry-rigged into my case, which has no mounts for any such thing.

I would love to have an SSD for my OS, as well as another for games that require the fastest of loading times (such as anything by Bethesda). I'd also like to have a WD Velociraptor for general game storage, and perhaps a couple WD Green drives for basic backups and data storage.

That's my main goal right now, anyway. And even to achieve that, I'll need a new case. I went super cheap and bought a $40 NZXT Source 210. It's a very, VERY good case for $40... but it doesn't leave me too many expansion possibilities. There are no mounts for combat drives like SSDs, and even though it does have decent space for cable management in my current build, if I go adding more cables, it's going to destroy my airflow.

So... I'll probably be upgrading my case before anything else.
