Its actually just depth perception I think! The piece of fish was cut into a rectangle but the tail of the fish tapers off a bit giving a bit of a triangle look from that angle.

Ustipci - very, very tasty :) I love eating them with extreme amounts of yogurt :)

Pasulj - One of my favorite foods :) I like mixing it with cabbage salad :)

 

Too bad i won't be able to eat so much "ustipci" from now on... They're very hefty with oil and calories, and i need to take care... And i'm too lazy to exercise to burn them...

This is a cherry variant, which i think is a little less good than apple variant, but believe me when i say that both are good :D

grilled pineapple is the best,can really pull a some what boring meal together and make it just awesome!

Damn you people!

It's 2 in the morning and this thread made me hungry enough to start cooking..

It's just pyttipanna fried in a pan with some cream. But still. I should not be cooking at this hour xD

No, i'm definitely not a vegan, or vegetarian... I lived 2 months as a vegetarian (i could eat meat on that diet, but i wanted not to eat it...)... After eating it after so long, it's like i died, went to heaven, got reborn, died and went to heave again :)

 

It's just that i'm trying to eat as little meat as possible, since it has a lot of calories... I used to eat tremendous amount of food (meat included)...

 

Also, if you looked at my previous posts on this thread, you'd notice that i'm everything but a vegan :D

heating it up caramelizes the sugars greatly enhancing the flavors. I throw a banana in its skin on a BBQ from time to time

If I order this at the restaurant I always say the menu number because I am not sure how to pronounce it.

I am in Germany. You can get pljeskavica nearly everywhere here.

12€-14€ with French fries, djuvec rice and a small salad.

Oh, so it's Germany :) Then i understand :) A lot of serbians immigrate there :)

 

Hmm, that's rather steep... But our standards are so much different, so that explains it :D
