Star Citizen to Feature Zero-Gravity Combat

Cloud Imperium Games has been showing off Star Citizen's first-person shooter module at PAX Melbourne this weekend. The most intriguing thing for me is the zero-gravity combat they revealed. Kotaku posted pictures and a video (most importantly) of actual gameplay for those who want to see.

 

It starts around the 6:50 mark, but I suggest you watch the entire video (it's not that long). Other things you can spot in the video are portable cover and holograms.

With every update, this game continually exceeds any of my expectations. I cannot wait to play Star Citizen - although the downside comes from the realization that I will need to update my PC before it comes out.

Keep in mind people that this is quite early in development. The FPS module scheduled to be released in Q2 2015. That being said, the demo looked awesome! There are so many features that they're going with, I can't wait for it to be released!

Ps: you actually can change the title. I think you have to Edit>advanced.

Us insane ppl spend too much. I spent $360 at least lol.

Yeah I watched this a couple hours ago when it was posted can't wait damn it. Star citizen is pretty much the only game in development I'm actually excited about, now if only I could do more then look at all my pretty ships lol I want to see how fast my AMD racing Mustang Omega actually is and how the Avenger and Gladius handle.

Didn't know it was optional so don't get butt hurt over it since I don't know anything about this, never followed star citizen until today but decided to look things up and there is a subscription on there but I don't know what it is for.
