What would work, and what would be best?

   I'd like to say that I have a pretty nice rig, I'd like to make my pretty nice rig a really cool rig. <--- Hah. See what I did there? DO YOU SEE?!  My main problem is choosing what type of closed loop cooler I should get. I don't mind spending up to 140$ on this to protect my precious cargo.

 

   My Precious Cargo:

• Fractal Design Define R4
• ASUS Z97-A Motherboard
• Intel Core i7 4790k
• 8GB Corsair Vengeance Blue 1600mhz RAM
• Radeon R9 270 GPU
• Some random 450w PSU I got at best buy. (It's so offbrand that I don't even know what brand it is. I'd have to check the label on the bottom of the PSU. It's not clearly labeled on the side.
• I don't need to list any other parts. Do I?​

   At this point i'd just like suggestions on what cooler I should get. (Please don't tell me that I should upgrade my PSU to a nicer one. I'm fully aware that my rig is running on a potato.)

I would personally go with a H220 from swift tech (Hope I got that right)

 

Corsair and NZXT Make some great AIO Coolers as well.

Thermaltake makes amazing aio's, but the best is the swiftech h220x. And it actually is powerful enough to add a gpu to the loop.
