Need opinion on headphones?

Lunatic

I'm looking for a new set of cans, and I've narrowed it down to 3 options:

Sennheiser HD558

Audio-Technica AD-700X

AKG 612 Pro

Their primary use will be gaming, wuth quite a bit of everyday use on the side, such as listening to commentaries and music. Thanks :)

I would say the Audio-Technica AD-700X because they have a very good sound stage

Also the DT 880 should be available for a similar price, great cans too

They are closed, so they don't have the soundstage I need for gaming use, thanks for the reply though:)

Thanks, I had a look at them, but they were slightly more expensive, would it be worth saving the extra money?

Personally I would say so, I think they are super comfortable and well made, great sounding headphones

in my opinion the beyers are a little more fun sounding

But, hard to say which is better or more comfortable for you

Around 150-200 Dollars

Does the HyperX Cloud get close to those?

If it does, for 100$ IMO is the best bang for the buck ;)

NVM, just go for the ATH-700X

Waiting for someone to suggest those haha! They sound great, as Linus has said, but they are closed so they don't really have the soundstage I would like for gaming
