Why would he have a close water loop for just his CPU and use a 900D?

Ofc, that 2.7Ghz CPU is totally unsuitable for gaming and would probably just bottleneck the Titans since the games wont gain any benefit from the higher core count...

If you're spending $45k on a computer, you'll probably have a Custom loop.

That does make sense from a gamer's stand point, but this PC looks allot like a rendering PC, not a gaming PC.
