1080p build for as low cost as possible

As the titles says, I'm looking for a machine that can play most current games at ~60fps, 1080p and high/ultra settings for as low a cost as possible.

US Dollars, no peripherals or software needed.

Lowend Hyperthreaded Dualcore or Quadcore from either Company

Lowest GPU to go for would be 270/270x (Or Ebay'd 7850/7870's)

Without a budget to go on, your expectations will not be met in any short discussion.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Let's say between 500 and 700 dollars then.

How much is low as possible and what games?

i could easy make you a 1080p build that could play Mario and that would be it...like NES Mario...

Most current games like BF4 at around 60 fps.

Pcpartpicker says there's compatibility issues with the GPU and the case.

I imagine the higher speed RAM is there to increase the performance of the APU correct?

Yes with the RAM, and with the GPU it can be a 1 slot low profile PCIe slot. Click on the Case and the only build with it has the same GPU.

Check Newegg reviews

Then get another version. You dont have to pick Gigabyte. I picked Gigabyte because I have it and I am happy with it.
