Just like I asked Admiaczking, is a CPU of that caliber really necessary? 

Also, why the 760 when I could get a 270X or 280 for a similar price?

I'm trying to bring the cost down as much as possible while still maintaining good frame rates and texture quality at 1080p.

Well the FX6300 is crap and the 8350 is good

 

I picked the 760 because i have used that card and got 98FPS max on BF4 high settings

Don't know about 60 fps, but will run every current game on ultra, 1080p, above 30 fps.

Also who needs a case?!

 

But joking aside.... add a case, cpu cooler and maybe ssd to that build and you are good to go.

Yes, however you get only key for Windows. You have to download ISO and put it on CD or your USB drive and install it from there.

There is guide on how to get ISO on that g2a site. Just read. You can get ISO from Microsoft.
