That 1000000 subscriber video has more views than LinusTechTips's first video with 67313 at the time of posting, 12 hours after the video was posted, versus 48114 on that other video. It just goes to show how far LTT has come since the days of foldaway lunch tables and probably Windows Movie Maker... I don't know if the extension cords on the ground has changed though... You guys were the first to do these videos on a mass scale non-commercially, a sector in which I believe you still have a monopoly! Who would've guessed a side project that long ago would've turned into something this big! After all it's a wonder today where LTT will be in another 5 years-6 years, likely chance says one thing though: I will still be watching!

I found out about LinusTechTips about 6 months ago, just when I got a new PC, I didn't know a whole lot about PC hardware back then so I just told my brother about my budget, how it was going to be used, etc. And he would assemble the the PC for me. I stumbled upon your channel when I was looking for a new keyboard for my new PC. I was looking to replace my Levetron Mech5 keyboard, which I didn't not know it was mechanical until I watch several unboxing videos of Linus mentioning mechanical key switches (I went with the Logitech G710+). I was so impress with the content of your videos that your channel became my main source of information for products that I'm interested in purchasing. When I was still watching your videos on different keyboard products, I saw that you have Techquickie channel that explains and going in depth on how technology works. I use to be that guy that didn't know difference between a RAM and storage space memory, with your Techquickie channel, you have changed that, I can hold a discussion about PC related subjects to my friends because of you. I watch your videos everyday even when I don't need to purchase anything new because you and your team are just so damn entertaining. To the bottom of my heart, thank you very much for entertainment and seducation that your channel brings. I accidentally typed seduction instead of education but I'll leave it there.
