I personally turn most enhancer features off to get the most accurate image possible. But it's personal preference. It won't increase eye fatigue.

Eye fatigue is mostly down to backlight flickering and display brightness relative to ambient lighting. Not to mention eye fatigue is also extremely personal.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

If you want to reduce eye fatigue, you can look into bias lighting strips.

the tl;dr is illuminating the wall behind your device will reduce eye strain AND fool your eyes into perceiving significantly better contrast.

A quick and dirty example is simply laying in bed with the lights off and using your phone with the flashlight on.

This doesn鈥檛 mean you ONLY use bias lighting at night. I use mine 24/7 and I hate using monitors without them now lol
