Hi!

I'm looking for a case to replace my 550D and here are my requirements:

- Build quality and lots of handy features.

- Good air-cooling potential.

- Ability to fit a 240mm rad on bottom and 360/420 rad on top for my future water-cooling plans

- Ability to hide optical drives as I still use them sometimes but they ruin the case's look when installed.

- Dust filters.

- Decent room for cable management. (Stumbled into some problems on 550D.)

- Room and cooling potential for two 780Ti's.

- Maybe some lighting but not overdone.

I think Corsair dropped their build quality significantly after 550D, 650D, 800D... For me Phanteks currently is what Corsair was back then. They offer innovative and elegant designs.

I have some questions too. :) Do I need a full tower case for my plans? Like water-cooling in the future or even for fitting my current setup. My total height clearance currently is around 68cm but I can work something out if it's worth it. Depth and width is not an issue.

I'd really appreciate your suggestions. Thank you! :)

Entho pro, luxe, and primo all good. You can also get a 650d on amazon still, IMO a great case

Corair's build quality has been slipping over the years since their first cases while Phanteks has been getting praises.

I agree with both of you. But about the cases you recommended, do they fit my requirements? Would I be better off with a full tower?

The Enthoo Luxe and Primo are better suited for your water cooling plans. Although the Pro has good WC support too. Like the others has said go with Phanteks. They're charging low prices for their truly amazing cases at the moment so now is the time to take advantage of this. The Primo will give you the most flexibility and has everything you want.

The luxe and primo would fit great. WC support, and good air cool too

The Enthoo Pro and the Luxe are pretty much the same case, only the Luxe looks different and is made out of slightly better materials. The Primo is probably slightly overkill in this case.

An Enthoo Pro will suit your needs just fine, OP. The only slight problem are the 5 1/4" bays (for optical drives). Unless you mod them, they're not stealthed or anything. You could get an external optical drive and just connect it when you need it. :)

The only cases that conceal optical drives are the 330r, 550d, and Enthoo Primo. For what you want, the Primo seems like overkill. Aside from the optical drive situation, the Enthoo Pro and Luxe are superior to the 330r and 650d in terms of quality and features. I recommend the Luxe because it has some very cool rgb lighting and has the rad support you want. If you want to spend a little less, the Enthoo Pro has all the rad support, but without the lighting and sandblasted aluminum finish. I have an Enthoo Primo and have been very impressed by the layout, aesthetic, and general build quality of the case.

Thanks for the replies guys, I really appreciate all the help. :)

I'll be getting Phanteks. Either Luxe or Primo. Would Primo be overkill for my setup? Luxe looks like it has everything I need and even more. Luxe may be better for shipping as it'll be shipped internationally.

There is a slight problem though. They are not available in where I live I need to order the case Internationally. Can you recommend any trusty site that ships to EU? I'd love to be able to pre-pay the custom fees etc. and reasonable shipping fees would be nice. :)

Btw, the site doesn't have to be a US one, it can be German too.

Thank you.

Phanteks Enthoo Pro

You don't need a full tower, but if you are willing to spend $100, you might as well get a full tower especially considering what the Enthoo Pro offers.  I own one, and I couldn't be more pleased with it.  Their customer service is incredible too.  My toolbox came loose during shipping and scratched up my window.  Within 10 hours, they replied to my email, called me, and sent a new window to me free of charge.

I've tried Amazon.com and they offer everything I need like prepeaid custom charges etc. So I've found the place to get the case but which one? :) Primo looks like overkill for me and I think I'll get the Luxe. What do you think about this decision guys? Would this one fit my requirements? (mentioned them on OP)

Btw, which do you think looks the best? Black or White? :D White stands out much more IMO.

Dunno how a case can be overkill. I think the Primo is a perfect fit for your components. Since you're well on your way to having a full enthusiast build anyway with dual 780 ti's etc. You could water cool everything like crazy. Black Primo is what I'd go with but it's your build, your money. We can't decide for you. :)

I like black primo b/c brushed aluminum. If luxe, white.

I'm just asking for your opinions guys I know it'll be my call in the end. :D Primo costs twice as much including shipping and that's way over my budget. I don't think I "need" Primo for my requirements, Luxe provides everything I need and fits my budget too. Luxe would still be awesome for an enthusiast build imo. I am not missing anything here, am I? :D

I personally don't think the Luxe is worth it over the Pro, but thats just my opinion.  You can't go wrong with either Pro or Luxe, both are incredible cases.

Luxe is basically a more polished Pro with an alu faceplate and light strip. White or black depends on personal pref.

I think I'll go with white Luxe! :) Need to know one thing though: What's the total height of the Luxe? I know the dimensions in the official site but wante to be sure.

Thanks for your help guys, I really appreciate it. :)

You'd be making a good decision with the Luxe. The primo would look really empty. I really like the look of the white Luxe as well. I have a white Primo and it definitely stands out.  You should be able to fit all of your listed components, provided your 360 rad isn't thicker than 45mm.
