I thought the last one was fine but like this one too. Eh, guess everyone is different.

Time to shutdown my computer so it can install SP1 for Windows as I want to install Paint.NET so I can get back into doing stuff with it as my last CPU just fought to do stuff.. I actually held 60FPS on GTA TBOGT with no sweat. :D

Try GIMP as well, It seems to be very good as well

I'm accustomed to Paint.NET as I've been using it for 4 years.. Yes, 4 years. Really got into it after the first year of using it. Now I shall go to bed. Night! :)

Inkscape is supposed to be great for vector stuff. and like @XTankSlayerX said, gimp. ;)
