I think that if you do it right then you can make a good looking PC with Noctua fans and coolers.

This is how it's done folks. I quite like the look of Noctua fans, they do look good when used correctly. I like this from Linus Media Groups build in the MSI Nightblade:

I agree. If done right, they can look good. Like if your build was camo or something (c70, while LEDs, filco camo keyboard, etc) . However, on it's own it's pretty ugly. Cryorig and Be Quiet for me.

Love Noctua!, I am going to replace my 120mm radiator with an NH D14 (D15 too tall for my case). When I don't have any audio on I can hear to pump and it bothers me.
