I was on a tight budget, the RAM was stupid cheap, and the motherboard works fine. It does what I want it to.

id say 7/10 looks all good except the GPU it could be a wee bit better but its completely fine if you dont NEED to play on 1080p  ultra i guess :P

The only weird thing I've had with the mobo is that it failed to start up once after I applied the OC,but it's working fine now.

Nope. Got 2 of them RMA'd, then settled for the little guy I'm sitting on now. A little excessive, I admit, for a Sempron, but I might have upgraded to a FX-6300 later on, even though it makes more sense to build a whole new rig.
