to be honest. i almost cried.

this was beautiful, and such a great collaboration; it goes without saying that this, is a feat of strength. to see a group of my top idols do something like this literally makes me wish i had the willpower and stamina to do the same.

i think your video was the worst linus. :( it was mostly just people moaning about the air and altitude. the other videos were a bit more positive and better.

Oh man that is fantastic you were able to be apart of this. You had posted in a topic I started a month ago when we were looking aorund for HighLANder info after that week's WAN show, awesome! Obviously we don't know eachother but I just think that's cool. Newegg Paul had mentioned on the Alt+Tab show right before HighLANder that he was going to be in CO...I definitely thought about trying to catch the guys in Leadville since I had work off that Monday/Tuesday

There was another topic back then about how the team would fare with the altitude. Going from sea level to 14,400ft with a legit verical climb in such a short time period is no joke. Almost everyone made it, good stuff!

I had so much fun watching all the vidos and am stoked HighLANder was a thing. Congratulations and props to the team (everyone involved) for this whole event. It was a huge undertaking; the planning and sponsorship, collaboration with the YT tech channels, filming/interviews/editing, and of course the Mt. Elbert ass kicking (who kicked who's ass I'm not sure :o ) it was all a great idea and execution IMO. I generally care very little about sponsors but I find it pretty badass that you guys got Asus, Intel, and Corsair to pay the bills for this (omg I remembered who it was...the adverts work!).

I'm glad those involved completed the adventure safely, the fact there was no video of that lightning storm at the tail end of the decent tells me exactly how sketchy that situation must have been! That weather shift this time of year up there is crazy. Thanks for the exciting and fun content, good stuff for sure.

"I love Colorado and hope they get something genuinely positive out of this beautiful state during the short time they are here." <--Me back in June...hopefully mission accomplished!
