Long anime name surely can't be that bad?

Meh at least this will get cowboy bebop off the list once and for all :/

On an off topic note my receive just clicked and my rear speakers aren't working anymore was enjoying return to base and boom fml

The 18+ rating is most likely because the girl is seen a few times naked.

The "lack of actions" is fine, what makes me "facepalm" is all the unnecessary zoom in on butts, female underwear and Dead or Alive level 99 Bouncy breast the shows has.

its clearly the main focus of the whole show. then comes the "slice of life" and "Romance" 

Never said it was bad either but it brings nothing interesting to the table aside from some interesting art style and effects.
