I NEED TO CREATE A BOOTABLE USB STICK OF UBUNTU, FOR WINDOWS, ON A MAC COMPUTER! HELP

Ok, i have a new computer with a old hard drive on it that has windows on it, i cant afford a copy of windows right now, so i want to just erace everything and install ubuntu, but the only working computer i have right now is a macbook air, how can i create a bootable usb stick of ubuntu, for windows, on a macbook....so many OS's

Windows has nothing to do with it.

 

It will boot on any PC that supports booting from USB.

Instead of doing step 10 take the USB stick, put it in your computer you wish to install Ubuntu on, and then boot from the USB stick.

i figured it out, i had to install somem special mac program to properly create a USB stick
