I remember back in the 90's playing some Sonic The Hedgehog 2 and being annoyed whenever it was massive slow down when too much crap was on the screen. People who claim there is no difference between 30fps and 60fps probably think non fluid movement is a "feature" to appear "cinematic" Like BSing a deep artistic meaning to a black and white photo of a can.

 

They probably also think Olympic swimmers swimming in pool water and those same swimmers trying to swim in Jell-O will have the exact same performance.
