@ZacDaMan72 I would like to point out that the logitech rep is indeed incorrect in the OP, so thats not really stupid on the users part.

He's not being stupid. Look at what he's actually saying.

 

He's saying he's only receiving Left-Front and Right-Front audio with headphones so lets give him the benefit of the doubt here. He's saying it's not automatically down-mixing to stereo.
