I could possibly buy a Gigabyte HD 7990 off somone for $450.

 

Should I?

Its like having two 7970 in crossfire, each for 225$. Pretty good deal if you ask me.

No, you already have a gtx 770, just buy another one and SLI them.

7990 gives about 8 fps better than 7970 CF max settings battlefield 4.
