Ummm, like a terrorist?

I don't know about terrorists, but people who need to get their point across after everything else has failed could use this tactic. You don't have to hurt him TOO severely, 'cuz it's mostly a scare tactic, and I would actually advise against hurting him much in your situation, but I know it works well. Trust me, for a little kid, there's not much scarier than an older brother by 3 or 4 years angrily advancing on you. I have experience with being on the receiving end of that, but it ended up backfiring for my brother, because I later got into a little tussle with him and knocked him into the corner of a bedside table, which caused his forehead to bleed and he had to get stitches, but I digress. Do what you want. I just felt like providing my input on this.

some in here shouldn't just focus on the OP so damn hard / harsh....even with some troll potential; there could be some kids ( in view of the age ^^) in the same situation...so instructions and links are more helpful than 'it's known' comments...
 
 
that said...i have another solution, based on some savings or gifting around the usual festive days...to get some kind of hardware user management; i would recommend  to buy a 2.5 inch drive and case/dock solution...your bootdrive could be your best buddy on all your travels; the rig on the other hand ...without your presence; mostly useless....

By the way OP, I noticed you have a signature saying you will get an iPhone 6. I suggest you use that money to get a decent pc and sell your current one to your brother for 400$. Also there's pretty much ne reason to spend more than 300$ on a phone especially if you are getting it off of pocket money...

I really, really, really, really hate my brother. Every day, he takes MY personal gaming rig, every morning, every evening, just to play, wait for it, Roblox. That means I'm just limited to the really burning hot laptop, and that's all. I have like 5 other PCs, all dead. Anyway, the point is, I don't know why my brother is always taking my PC to play stupid Roblox. I mean, it has a GT610. It sucks soo bad. And when I tell him to get off, he's always saying wait over and over and over till my brain hurts. And when my mom forces him off the computer, he always gets mad at me for kicking him off. I mean, even as we speak at 5:30 PM, he is still playing, even if I fucking told him over and over again to get the hell off my PC. Is there a way to block Roblox on one PC only so my brother can't play his stupid game on there?

use remote desktop or if you've not got a compatible version use a vac server and remotely control the PC while he it so it it totally unusable, he will soon get off it :P

hey that's just my opnion ^^...i prefer a reasonable / cheap prized little android to fool around, over some phone that is high prized,with  valuable materials but obsolete in a bunch of month...

but if you really want this phone and you already gather your savings for it; that's your decision ^^

You mean "without a phone" or "without an iphone"? Because I just survived 4 years of high school with a nokia 5800. Get a 140$ phone (you can get a quad core for that) and use the spared money to upgrade your rig/build a new one.

I thought he was doing something bad there is no reason to hate him for that, just update one of the five PCs you have lying around for him and then he won't bother going on yours.
