Don't have much to say on this and it doesn't surprise me at all. Russian government has blacklisted the popular "social media" site. I never go on there, I only look for the greentext that's posted to Imgur. It was probably something /pol or /lgbt did for this to happen xD

4chan has cleaned up very much over the last couple of years. Its now comparable to Reddit and Imgur for content.

 

It isnt anything like it was 3 years ago.

Ukraine (where Chernobyl is, obviously) was a Soviet sovereign state during the events of the Chernobyl Meltdown so you could consider that picture relevant to Russians.

I like 4Chan I use it to browse for wallpapers though so I tend to stay away from the stranger areas of the website. And why isn't Reddit banned if there are some really messed up subreddits.
