Cloning vs. Migrating vs ??

On my new build, I accidentally installed Windows onto an HDD designated "E:"  I would like the system disk to be my SSD designated "C:"

No problem, just reinstall Windows, right?  Yeah, but I also installed a handful of apps, including the Big Kahuna Microsoft Office. 🙄

What is the best solution?  Reinstall Windows on SSD and migrate the apps?  Reinstall windows on SSD and erase Windows from HDD but leave apps?  Clone the HDD to the SSD and not worry about the designated drive letter?   Clone the HDD to the SSD and tell Windows to designate the SSD as "E:"?  Or some other even better solution?

Putting Windows on the SSD is not a big deal, I'll get that done one way or another.  My concern, as I am sure you know, are the apps and their designated locations in the Registry.  This stuff is over my head.

Thanks.

Can you just reinstall office? I have found office to typically be a pretty fast install.

Otherwise clocking programs shoudl work fine.

Just clone the entire disk that holds partition E into SSD you planned on using. Letter assigned to the partition can be changed in less than 30 seconds.

I'd honestly expect cloning to take longer than just doing a fresh install.
