Was your phone exposed to water?

The drop icon is because the phone detected moisture in the charging port. If you have compressed air, blow it in the port.

Then you have to wait. Because even if it's dry, it goes on a timer before it charging is enabled again.

Very unlikely that your phone was "hacked".

Hey, hate to be the guy that posts the links instead of answering directly, but this one seems to be exactly your case: https://www.samsung.com/latin_en/support/mobile-devices/my-device-displays-a-water-drop-icon-and-will-not-charge/

In any case, do power off our device and leave it to dry (even if it does not look like it's wet) for as long as you can, leave it in a well ventilated place and check later.

And I seriously doubt that its some kind of hack.

Make sure to turn it off before going to bed mate. It's not the moisture that kills devices but moisture+current that causes metal to corrode.

And read the links the guys here posted earlier, it may be a software bug.

I doubt it is hacked / junky public work WiFi related.

The water drop icon is when moisture is detected in / around the charge port -- this has been a Samsung feature since...waaay back (my brother's S6 had it).

Put your phone on the bathroom counter, take a shower, and try to charge it. It will have the same warning.

My Pixel 7 has something identical as well.

Clean out the port, let it dry out, and try again.

You keep going on and on about being hacked. You have shown zero evidence that this is a hack. It is just moisture like everyone has said. Not hacked.

The moisture protection sensor feature is like not something anyone would target as it gains them nothing. You didnt get hacked.

You're phone simply got wet/moist somehow and is in protection mode yo prevent damage.

Turn it off and let it dry.

Next time dont dry your hands on your pants. Use the inside of your shirt. Also dries waaaaay quicker.

Why would you open it? The charging port is wet and an open or closed phone wouldnt help dry that faster

haa ahh yes :), because i was worried it could have reached to motherboard, but yh it will not, because new phone dont have battery pack cover, but full as it is, only from its screen u can pop it out with its motherboard! 😀
