Would it be difficult to fit a custom loop in my case, and what exactly would I need for it?

ur at 90c on ur cpu?

It's a 14900KF so yeah it'll do that. Even tuned to only use ~200W max it'll be low 90s in cinebench.

Gaming load is like 80-100W and that will be in the 60s usually.

Idle is 45W and low 40s.

$1K for a case seems just a tiny bit illogical. The InWin ModFree looks alot more normal and also kinda interesting.

I think I have to go custom loop to get exactly what I want without compromise. Not gonna do the ghetto stuff like hooking AC to my pc though.

The modfree says it can do 3x140mm in the front and also another on top which would be a 420mm rad so I can get 2x of those if I wanna go all out. That would probably be more than enough.

You're definitely missing a lot of points, this is no upgrade in any means. You'll need to flush and re-fill it when the time comes, which is around 6 months and don't give me that BS on hurr durr I run without maintenance because I'm not buying it.

Too much for being passionate about PCs.

You'll put it in a case and you'll forget about it.

It's basically their no-limits case. It's just an example of what I meant.  They have much more reasonably priced ones.

Did you watch the InWin video? It's pretty tempting to buy it. 🤔

I've been using computers since around 1978, started learning programming in 1980 on Apple IIs, started learning about hardware in 1990, ran a BBS from 1990-95, built my first Windows PC around 2000, taught myself malware removal starting in 2005 (also learned on Bleeping Computer), learned web dev starting in 2017, and I think I can fill a thimble with all that knowledge. 😉 I'm not an expert, which is why I keep investigating the answers that others give to try and improve my knowledge, so feel free to double-check the advice I give.

My phone's auto-correct is named Otto Rong.🤪😂

imo if you want to go water cooling and want expandability i would get a water cooling case.

you could water cool in the case you have now but most likely you have the rad out side the case...

a basic loop needs a pump, res, rad, and blocks gpu/cpu and 6 fittings and some tubeing.

probly recommend at least 2 rads.  but water cooling newer stuff is werid you can thow all the cooling at it and it still run hot... 🤷‍♂️

Agreed.

The P400A, I think was intended for single / dual AIOs, or air-cooling.

It's too compact to do a FULL custom loop.

Even in OP's photo, where will the pump/reservoir go? Mount it to the the opposite side of the front radiator?

You can do a 360mm in the front, but you can't fit another 360mm at the top...looks like a thin 240mm max.

I recently had to get a new case, because even the much bigger Phanteks Enthoo Luxe TG can't support 2x 45mm thick 360mm radiators.

Even with the 3.5" / 5.25" cage and support ripped out (the case is assembled with screws, not rivets), and it ain't going to work.
