$4000 Ultimate Gaming/ Video Editing PC

I want a pc that will be $4000, give or take a few dollars, that will be perfect for:

1: Playing extremely demanding games

2: Using photoshop, after effects, premiere or Sony Vegas

3:A little bit of Java Programming.

I will be buying the parts from Amazon and shipping them to me by borderlinx, as I live in the Middle East

Some should start a $1,000,000 PC build thread. I wonder what sort of rig you could build for that much. :P

ON A 7 MONTH BREAK FROM THESE LTT FORUMS. WILL BE BACK ON NOVEMBER 5th.

I would probably get different Ram too, I usually just throw some usable ram in there to get a better feel for what I will have left in the budget for GPU's and such. but this time I just never went back to add nicer ram.
