gpu wont eat more than 65w

bal723

so after rebuild, my gpu refuses to eat over 65w which leads to crashes ingames
(i didnt changed anything in bios except rebar)
gpu: arc a380

yes, everything is in it's place, idk what is wrong, the arc panel is set to 78w limit

whatever you did that messed it up, and you aren't giving us the full story either... why was it rebuilt? what are the rest of the specs.

why is it limit to 78w??

did you update the gpu bios also? 

well, i rebuilt it to replace thermal paste and i have the latest driver
