Why can't I ear rape via Skype sometimes?

Hey guys, I'm using the Razer Kraken Pro (not the 7.1 edition) and I can ear rape sometimes on Skype. What I mean by ear rape is that every participant in the call can hear every single sound out of my mic as if they were wearing my headset. However when this does work I prefer to put it on 100% volume for maximum ear rape. So for some reason now when I do exactly what I've done before I can't create loud unnecessary noise in the Skype call.

 

Please help me be an annoyance!

 

What I've tried...

 

I've already tried telling Windows to not screw around with my mic when I'm in a call (reducing 80% volume)

I've already tried telling Skype to not screw around with my mic or speakers (adjusting volume)

no. I don't care if i'd been Friends with the person for years if they did this continuously i would stop talking to them.

Lol, yeah but the thing is my friends and I do this all the time. I literally want my friend to hear something while he plays a game.

Come on, you guys must know what I mean. Believe me I never ear rape to the extent where any participant in the Skype call is on the verge of leaving.

I just don't understand why he calls it ear rape...it's so immature since that is actually a serious issue.
