Would a 155 mm cpu cooler fit on a 160 mm height limit case?

It'll be fine. Heck, oftentimes you can fit a 162 or 163mm cooler in a 160mm case, it'll just be touching the side panel.

Im planning to buy the new AK500 Deepcool air cooler for my 5700x processor and I currently have the tecware forge m case, their website shows that the case has a 160mm air cooler limit, but the air cooler that im planning to use is 155mm. Would it fit with no problems given the 5mm allowance? what problems will I encounter when I take this route?

Nothing to worry about if your info is correct. 

I've been using computers since around 1978, started learning programming in 1980 on Apple IIs, started learning about hardware in 1990, ran a BBS from 1990-95, built my first Windows PC around 2000, taught myself malware removal starting in 2005 (also learned on Bleeping Computer), learned web dev starting in 2017, and I think I can fill a thimble with all that knowledge. 😉 I'm not an expert, which is why I keep investigating the answers that others give to try and improve my knowledge, so feel free to double-check the advice I give.
