Can someone recommend a cheap case with 4 USB 3.0's?

This is my current build list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3KsEE

however, the Motherboard supports 4 USB 3.0s while the case only support 2 usb 2.0's

I am on a bit of a budget, I'd like to stay close pricewise to the rosewill.

Can someone recommend a case to take advantage of the ASrock's usb capabilities?

Get a usb 3.0 hub.  Thats around 20-30 euro.

No, your motherboard only supports 2 internal USB3. The other two are on the back IO panel. This is why no cases have 4 front USB3, most only have 2 USB2 and 2 USB3.
