i think that the pc just means you can accesses the social club on your pc

They need to milk all the consoles first before they release it on the PC. Ideally, a person will buy the same games 3 times.

Meh. If it's $60 and an abysmal port, they can just suck it.

It will have been coded for PC and ported to Xbone and Ps4 (released on the same day most likely) from the evidence so far.
