What is currently the best prebuilt under $1000

I am looking for get a new computer but I do not have $1500 to $2500  so what is the best prebuilt for under $1000 I am looking for something with a 10700k 11700 or a AMD that is equal to this with 32gb ram what do you recommend in the price range??  My computer that I am using now is a Dell XPS 8500 with I7 3770 I have a upgraded a lot of the other stuff 24gb ram RX 6600 video card better power supply SSD.  I think the motherboard and CPU are showing their age I got a feeling both will be dead in less than 2 years time for a new system.  I am not much of a gamer newest games I play are from 2013 so if the prebuilt has a crappier video card I would go with the RX 6600.

I think you’d be better off building from scratch. Considering you already have an RX6600, you’d be hard pressed to find a prebuilt pc with no gpu.

Swap in your gpu, psu and old ssd as a secondary drive (since you’ll need to reinstall windows anyway).

And stay under your 1000$ budget.

The parts in that list are just a generalization, you can go lesser or more or swap around whatever if you want a certain motherboard or a 13700K instead of a 12700k, or if you don’t intend to overclock at all you can do a 13700 and B760 or 12700 and B660, whatever.

so.. you arent much of a gamer, sure, but what *are* you using this computer for? i'm seeing an RX6600, i7, and 32GB RAM.. but what for i do not know.

Video converting download 4k videos do down covert to 1440p to save same.  I also take video and cut them down to smaller gifs upload them to GYF or Redgif. I do a lot of image upscaling want to get into video upscaling with topaz it take 50 to 54 to upscale one min of video. 

 

Any PCs any good??
