you maybe think thats a sufficient description,  but its really not, "lag" can mean a lot of things to different people, and i also kind of doubt there isnt anything in taskmanager,  because it should be.

Can you explain more in depth what happens if it "lags" or make a video if possible?

The direction tells you... the direction

Make sure all drivers are up to date.

Check temperatures. Maybe your PC is throttling, causing low speeds and therefore poor performance - lags.

But as Mark said, try to explain with a bit more depths.

I uploaded what I see on HW Monitor. Well, sometimes I use the pc and it freezes completely. Like the mouse arrow too.

Try to disable DOCP and maybe PBO. You may need to set memory frequency and timings manually. You can find the full timings table by downloading aida64, In Aida go to motherboard -> SPD, find 3200@1.35v and timings. Make sure to extend the window to see which timings is which. But before all this try without DOCP and just run everything at auto.

I had the same issues with my 2700x, this was memory related, memory at rated settings only worked when set manually.

Last time I dealt with this the batteries were dying in the blue tooth mouse.

🙂

If you rule that out internittent freezes like this are often storage. Its rarely the OS. Booting in safe mode and seeing if the issue goes away can rule that out.
