Cut off the bottom of the desk to hide a cable management disaster

PC is a Ryzen 7 5800X, 64GB DDR4-3600, 1tb SN770, 2tb KC3000, RX 6600 (non XT)

32" 1440p 165hz main screen, with a 27" 1080p 144hz on the left, and two 1080p 75hz 24" screens on the right (work on the main screen, keep work apps on the other 3, use the 27" for watching videos, and the 32" for playing games when I'm not working)

the RX 6600 is oddly okay for most games at 1440p high, not Starfield, or Cyberpunk (get around 140fps average on high in Fallout 4), bought the video card during the shortage/mining times, and anything better was just brutally expensive... may upgrade at some point, but for work it's more than adequate, so I'm not fretting about it.

Desk pad is upside down, why hide the logo bit under a monitor, right?

built myself a dual gaming setup. the pc under my tv is my cats nature shows looped. its my old retired FX8350, Strix RX590 build and the main pc by my desk is a Ryzen 5700X with Phantom RX5500XT 8GB iam looking for a new GPU. the new pc was finished being built in september. i still add extras to the systems now and then. just wish i had gaming friends to enjoy pc gaming with. i mostly solo game and i have a hard time livestreaming. i last posted over a year ago for assistance with my old pc so i decided to just build myself a new system instead. i would show inside both pc's but its dreadfully unmanaged with cables. much like the wires around my desk. im more of a 60hz 1080p gamer. and possibly a hoarder for installing more than 400 games. and its quite overwhelming as a large collection. i have retro games inside the travel case as i have no room for shelving.

Good gpu for a 5700x might be a 3060(ti), 3070, or 4060 ti. I'd recommend checking ebay or jawa.gg

7 out of 10, the mouse and mouse pad could use some work but nice setup. It seems a little small though

It's nice looking overall but it looks a little crammed. I don't know how comfortable I'd be while using it.

This is my first build! Fairly low budget (around 500 buckeroons)

- Ryzen 5 5500

- ASUS B450m-A2

- GTX 1080

- XPG 1TB M.2

- Thermaltake Smart BX1 750w

- ID-Cooling AIO

- 3 Matching ID-Cool fans

Planning on upgrading the GPU next, but the 1080 just looks shexy. Temps are great with the AIO avg about 47°C I believe.

Because of Starfield, I wanted a starry/spaceship looking build. The LEDs help nicely with that. Better pictures to come. 😁
